We take feedback seriously. If something is not right, we want to hear from you so we can put it right quickly and fairly.
1. Speak to the home
In the first instance, contact the manager of the relevant home or email care@valleycare.wales. [Add internal SLA, e.g. acknowledgement within X working days.]
2. Formal complaints process

3. External bodies
Regulated social care in Wales is overseen by Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW). You may also contact Public Services Ombudsman for Wales where appropriate.
